This announcement is made by Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited (the ‘‘Company’’, together with its subsidiaries, the ‘‘Group’’) on a voluntary basis and aims to update the shareholders and potential investors of the Company on the latest business plan and development of the Company.
The board of directors of the Company (the ‘‘Board’’) considers that, given China is a large fertilizers consumer, there is a tremendous demand for fertilizers. In addition, demand for fertilizers raw materials including coal, related fertilizers products including urea and glycerin, has shown a steady upward trend. In these premises, the Board is pleased to announce that in addition to the sale of high-end biological fertilizers as disclosed in an announcement of the Company dated 29 December 2017, the Company will commence the business of the sales and trading of fertilizers raw materials and related fertilizers products, and public consumption products through self- development of new subsidiaries involving (i) the recruitment of related operation team and (ii) cooperating with other industry players which are independent third parties (the ‘‘Potential New Business’’). The Board may also, where appropriate, invest in suitable target entity(ies)/asset(s) with funding from the Group’s internal resources in order to develop the Potential New Business.
