The board of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’ and the ‘‘Board’’, respectively) of Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited (the ‘‘Company’’, together with its subsidiaries, the ‘‘Group’’) announces that Mr. Liao Pin Tsung 廖品綜 (‘‘Mr. Liao’’) has ceased to be an executive Director, the vice chairman and the chief operating officer of the Company with effect from 18 October 2018 owing to the expiry on the same date of the director’s service contract dated 1 October 2017 and entered into between the Company and Mr. Liao commencing on 18 October 2017. Mr. Liao has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his cessation above-mentioned that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Board of the Company would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Liao for his contributions to the Group during his tenure with the Company.
