The Board announces that Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited has resigned as auditor of the Company with effect from 18 April 2018 and the audit committee proposes to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the new auditor of the Company. The Company will make further announcement when the appointment is made.
