Reference is made to the announcement of Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 18 April 2018 in relation to the change of auditor of the Company. The board of directors of the Company (the ‘‘Board’’) is pleased to announce that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has been appointed as the new auditor of the Company with effect from 3 July 2018 to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
