At the request of Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited (the ‘‘Company’’), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be halted with effect from 10:19 a.m. on Monday, 29 October 2018 pending the publication of an announcement by the Company in relation to the ascertaining of a possible change of the controlling shareholder of the Company.
